The Silverstone View Vineyards story began in 2018, when, after spending 20 years working in Italy, Andy Warren found the perfect piece of land to plant grapes in his native Northamptonshire. Selecting only the very best varieties which thrive in the UK's climate, and teaming up with talented winemaker Simon Day, Silverstone View Vineyards are quickly making a real name for themselves as producers of top quality English Sparkling Wine and are really putting Northamptonshire winemaking on the map. Seyval Blush 2021 is made from 100% Seyval and now boasts awards from the prestigious International Wine & Spirits Competition. Notes of raspberry, elderflower, green apple and strawberry moves to a vibrant palate which is equal parts delicate and refreshing. A great wine to enjoy as an aperitif or paired with lighter fish dishes.
